• Assist with general maintenance tasks inside Couldrey House using appropriate materials and in a manner that ensures the building is presented in an historically correct way. • Perform regular inspections, reporting anything which needs repair to the coordinator. • Replacing lightbulbs. • Logging calls with the Council if outside repair work is identified. • Be involved with private visits and supporting events at the house by helping set up and takedown. • Be prepared to assist during emergencies, such as severe weather events or unexpected maintenance issues. • Be aware of and promote safe and healthy practices • Adhere to any written procedures and guidelines. • Maintain a record of maintenance activities and repairs.
