We are looking for a volunteer to take on the role of our Wednesday receptionist. Job would entail the following: a) Oversight of reception - ensuring phone answered and visitors attended to in timely fashion; office/admin emails are checked and dealt with regularly; b) On Air Community Notices � check and update information between Live Shows (10am-12.30pm) � any urgent notices received after 12.30pm to be printed and put in the community notices folder � ensure downstairs community noticeboard is updated as required; c) Booking interviews � utilising community information to source, contact and book pre-recorded and live to air interviews (under consultation with Station Manager); d) Stationery/Kitchen Supplies � order/purchase as required;
