Radiqal Movement

Mission: To facilitate a health and wellbeing community where queer, gender diverse, and takataapui folk can find holistic wellness, community and turangawaewae through joyful exercise and social experiences.

Purpose of the role

These roles will assist the Chief Executive in content planning and content creation for Radiqal Movement’s social channels. To highlight achievements, share upcoming activities, provide advocacy and advice, and build our Radiqal community.

Location of role

Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland

Key Tasks & responsibilities

  • Create a fortnightly content plan for Radiqal’s platforms
  • Provide content plans for Chief Executive’s approvalt
  • Create social media content for Radiqal’s platforms, in accordance with content plan
  • Gain CE approval before posting content 24 hours prior to posting
  • Attend 1 Radiqal activity or event per fortnight to gather potential content (any photography to be done with explicit consent of attendees)
  • Maintain awareness of Rainbow-related news in Aotearoa
  • Gain CE approval before re-sharing content from other relevant accounts

  • Ability to use Canva
  • Ability to use Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn
  • Creative and innovative approach to content creation
  • Basic understanding of the holistic wellbeing benefits of movement
  • Effective communication and time-management skills
  • Awareness of current social media trends
  • Ability to work unsupervised
