We recognise that not everyone can make a financial contribution to our cause, but you can make a difference by giving us your time.

A large part of our funding comes from the income we make from our ReStore charity shops. Our ReStores accept and resell quality new and gently pre-loved goods ranging from furniture, appliances, clothing, books, building materials and more. Many of items will require collection which will be the role of a driver and an assistant.

At Habitat for Humanity we aim to make a difference by addressing inadequate and unaffordable housing, partnering with communities to build strength, stability and self-reliance through shelter. 

Too many Kiwi families live in substandard conditions, where overcrowding, dampness and lack of insulation affect all aspects of health and wellbeing. We offer a range of programmes ensuring families can access the safety and security of a decent home, ranging from The Healthy Homes Programme, Progressive Home Ownership, Home Repairs, Social Rental and more.
