NZ Cadet Forces is the oldest youth organisation in NZ. Our volunteers deliver a comprehensive training programme influenced upon the NZ Navy. We meet every Thursday evening to train cadets and regularly conduct training over weekends and school holidays.

You will demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to work with youth from a range of backgrounds. Experience in youth leadership, maritime/sailing activities or the Defence Force would be an asset although not required as we provide full training to our team.

This volunteer role is hugely rewarding as we guide teens through their crucial development years.
