Share your knowledge and experience in community leadership by mentoring a manager or governing board member of a K?piti not-for-profit.

Building on 3 years of running successful governance mentoring programmes with Mentoring Foundation New Zealand, we are co-hosting a leadership mentoring programme to commence in October, 2024.

Mentors who have relevant skills and experience will be matched with people who currently hold a community governance or management role in K?piti.

Mentoring is a relationship that supports and encourages an individual�s leadership journey in their organization. By being a mentor, you will:

• help to increase the effectiveness of our community leaders in Kapiti
• participate in training events and further develop your mentoring and leadership skills
• be part of a project that broadens your network and contributes to the development of a thriving community in Kapiti.

You will be fully supported by our local programme coordinator and Mentoring Foundation New Zealand.
