Client Interviewer
Citizens Advice Bureau Te Awamutu Incorporated
We are looking for volunteers who can:
- complete one rostered duty of 4 hours each week
- participate in regular learning and development to ensure skills and knowledge are maintained and up to date
- contribute to the operation of the Bureau by participating in a bureau team e.g. info team, learning and development, publicity etc.…
- willing to be part of our Management Board
- attend On-going Learning Sessions (OGT) and the AGM
- help out with our annual Awareness Week and other fundraising or publicity events and anything else organised by the bureau.
We are keen to hear from anyone who can:
- relate well with a diverse range of people
- listen effectively and demonstrate good oral and written communication skills
- maintain confidentiality
- be respectful of others
- work as part of a team
- demonstrate confidence and competence using a computer to research and record information
- work within CAB aims, values, principles and policies
- learn about and participate in the CAB’s commitment to effectiveness for Māori (Mauri Manaia)
- give and receive feedback effectively, accept guidance and assistance
- conduct interviews consistent with CAB processes and policies.
