Established in 1959, Communicare is a not for profit association that has been serving the elderly, lonely and disabled within the Auckland Community operating numerous Friendship Centers where our guests enjoy various crafts, play cards or indoor bowls, enjoy sit dance to music and relax in the friendly companionship We need volunteers to help facilitate board games, indoor bowls, crafts and activities and to prepare and serve morning tea and lunch to our members one day a week from 9am – 1.00 pm. As a volunteer you will need to undergo a police check. What skills can you share?
