Mangere Pony Club

Māngere Pony Club is a volunteer run, not-for profit, youth focused sports organisation. We belong to a group of pony clubs comprising Auckland Area Pony Club, part of the New Zealand Pony Clubs Association. We provide structured riding and horse management instruction, and promote sportsmanship and community among our members aged 12 to 25. Our members range from newcomers to seasoned competitors aiming for prestigious regional and national events like New Zealand Pony Club Championships, North Island Secondary Schools Championships, the Horse of the Year Show and Equestrian Sport New Zealand events. On our licensed land within the picturesque Ambury Regional Park in Māngere Bridge we run popular competitions attended by riders from across Auckland and beyond, together with their whānau and supporters.
