Kidney Health New Zealand
Kidney Health New Zealand (KHNZ) is a nationwide charitable organisation dedicated to improving the lives of people living with, or at risk of, kidney disease. Since 1979, we have provided trusted support, information, and advocacy to individuals, whānau, and communities across Aotearoa. Our work includes running a national support line, providing education and resources in multiple languages, delivering free kidney health checks in the community, advocating for better care, and supporting health professionals with training. We are passionate about early detection, prevention, and ensuring every person affected by kidney disease has the knowledge and support to live life to the fullest. KHNZ operates with a flexible, collaborative team and works closely with communities, health providers, and researchers to create meaningful impact. We are driven by the vision of a future where all New Zealanders affected by kidney disease can live well and with dignity.
