Lions Clubs Cancer Trust

The Lions Clubs Cancer Trust was set up in 2022. Its members fundraised for, built and now run a mobile skin screening bus that tours communities across Aotearoa providing free full skin checks. A second bus will shortly be in production. The mission is early detection of melanoma to save lives. The bus visits are run entirely by volunteer screeners, drivers and ground staff.
