Located in the heart of New Zealand's North Island, Towncentre Taupō (TCT) is a Mainstreet organisation dedicated to making the Taupō CBD the dynamic, vibrant, innovative heart of the district. TCT represents the interests of every business in Taupō's central business district. All such businesses, as defined by Taupō District Council, are, by default, members of TCT. Our primary aim is to promote the development of Taupō's town centre as a safe and vibrant community balancing social, environmental and economic needs while retaining its unique identity.
