Waimea South Historical Society Incorporated

The primary purposes of the Society is to collect, research, record and preserve the history and heritage of the Waimea South District of the Tasman District Council, for the benefit of all its citizens. This includes Wakefield, Brightwater, Spring Grove, Wai-iti, Foxhill, Belgrove and their surrounding areas”, To encourage and promote knowledge of historical buildings, heritage sites or artefacts and advocate for their care and protection
