AFS Aotearoa New Zealand is a a non-governmental, non-profit, volunteer organisation, providing intercultural learning opportunities to help people develop the knowledge, skills and understanding needed to create a more just and peaceful world. We are part of an international network with over 50 partner countries, and we have been operating student exchange programmes in New Zealand since 1947.
