Youthline Wellington

Youthline’s mission is to provide a safe, mana-enhancing space that supports and empowers young people. Our 24-7 helpline is the cornerstone of our organisation where young people can talk, webchat or text with trained helpline volunteers. We also provide youth development opportunities through our Youth Development Programme, Mental Health Peer Support Programme and through educational visits to schools and communities in the greater Wellington Region. Further to this we are committed to providing ongoing education to our volunteers and the wider community through our Ongoing Education Programme and other one-off education workshops. Youthline Wellington offers a free, confidential, non-judgmental telephone, text, email and web chat counselling and information service to people in the Wellington and Greater Wellington areas.
