A group of volunteers who focus on nurturing a kōkako stronghold through predator control, genetic management and habitat preservation in the Kaharoa Forest, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand. The trust has been operating for over 27 years. There are a range of volunteer opportunities available within the trust. Not all volunteer opportunities require boots on the ground or time in the forest.
