Step Ahead is a community based not for profit Trust that supports people with mental health conditions by providing a variety of activities that enhance wellbeing. Step Ahead is unique in that it does not provide residential support, counselling or clinical assistance. Just activities. Step Ahead has been in Canterbury for over 40 years is a very stable and successful Trust.
