The Citizens Advice Bureau - Te Pou Whakawhirinaki o Aotearoa has over 2500 volunteers throughout New Zealand. We deliver our service providing information, advice and support to people who contact us for help.
We work with clients by listening carefully to their stories, and researching their rights and responsibilities and the services available to them. We help clients understand their options. CAB volunteers find their work rewarding and purposeful.
