Crescendo Trust of Aotearoa

The Crescendo Trust of Aotearoa (Crescendo) is a charity operating since 2012 that has recently embarked on being self-sustainable as a social enterprise. We are passionate about guiding and empowering rangatahi/young people. We make a meaningful difference in young people’s lives every day. Our approach is unique, and it works. We provide mentoring programmes in music; particularly sound design, media, event management and content creation for young people aged 12-24. The aim is to directly engage and connect them with professionals working in the creative industries to provide real-world industry experience and training, including employment opportunities and access to further education pathways. We have supported over 3,000 rangatahi with this mahi to date.
