The Conscious Club is a volunteer led social enterprise that hosts events to raise awareness around social and ethical issues that we face in today’s society. We endeavor to promote sustainable and ethical living easier and more accessible and ultimately improve the health of the planet for all that inhabit it. Our values include Diversity, Inclusivity, Ethical Living and Kaitiakitanga (Māori term used for the concept of guardianship, for the sky, the sea, and the land). We are looking for volunteers who align with our values and want to make a difference in Otautahi. The volunteer role is on a casual on call basis to assist with up to 8 events per year. This can include; market set up and pack down, poster pasting, stewarding, rubbish collection and generally being a smiley happy go to person at our exciting events.
