GrandFriends is a programme from Surrogate Grandparents New Zealand Charitable Trust (CC54933). We connect families with GrandFriends (of any age) for mutual benefit, support, companionship and the prevention of social isolation and loneliness. Surrogate Grandparents can be the bridge that connects generations. By connecting families with GrandFriends and GrandFriends with our children; we can fight social isolation and loneliness in New Zealand. Working together, we can make New Zealand a more caring and connected nation.
