Coastguard Radio Operators are at the nerve centre of our operations, the connection between our volunteers on the water and up in the sky, boaties and emergency services. Based in our Tauranga Unit you will be part of our nationwide team which operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Are you a repairer or passionate recycler? Once a month our volunteer repairers come together and give objects destined for the landfill a second chance by attempting a repair. Maybe it can be fixed, maybe it can’t but at least we’ve tried, taken a look, offered an opinion and even repaired if we can. We currently offer assessment and repairs for items such as clothing, toys, household items, small appliances, wooden furniture, we are keen to add and expand what we can repair!
