    Everyone is welcome to volunteer at parkrun events. We have heaps of fun, simple and rewarding opportunities to lend a hand for one to two hours on a Saturday morning at parkrun events across New Zealand. No training is required, roles are fully supported on the day and you can take part as often or as little as you would like. You can volunteer as a marshal, timekeeper, photographer or try your hand at scanning barcodes and handing out tokens…..to name a few of the roles we have available.

    Are you a person who likes sorting goods, working with the public and have an eye for fashion or working to help those in need in the community, we need you to volunteer in our shop in Mt Roskill. You will support people in community looking for quality up cycled items and to those wanting more information on services to help people living with Myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) & Fibromyalgia (FM).     We are after volunteers for our gardening days on Tuesdays and Wednesdays 8.30am - 4pm. We support young people with intellectual and learning disabilities, teaching them gardening, horticulture and orchard maintenance skills. One of our core values is young people supporting young people, so ideally our volunteers are aged between 15 and 35.
