About this opportunity

An administration wizard is wanted to support this wonderful Wellington landmark. The successful Administration Volunteer would provide a variety of general administrative duties including: database maintenance: creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets and Word documents: scanning and photocopying: emailing: assisting with the production of training materials for new volunteers and providing support with other administrative tasks as required. Commitment needed for 6 months at least.

Time Required

One day or two half days not Wednesdays. Preferably afternoons.

Training

Training on internal systems and software. 2-3 hours initially then ongoing as required. No cost to the volunteer.
