Volunteer Architect

This role requires a retired or semi retired architect who can assist delivery with the following:

• Develop a vision for a new office and workshop building. • Work with the Executive Team to refine concept ideas. • Produce a concept plan. • Work with the QS, Exec Team and Builders to develop cost effective options. • Assist with selection of the building contractor • Provide assistance in submitting plans for Building and Resource Consents. • Provide final drawings once budget has been provided. • Supervise construction.
