What does a Vehicle / Asset Leader do? You’ll be the go-to legend for looking after our most important asset — the van! From helping with minor repairs to coordinating scheduled maintenance, you’ll keep things ticking smoothly so our volunteers can focus on what matters most: supporting our friends on shift.

No need to be a mechanic — just a good problem-solver with a can-do attitude and a willingness to give things a go.

A week in the life of a Vehicle / Asset Leader might include: 🔧 Doing fortnightly checks to make sure the van is clean, safe, and stocked 🔧 Helping troubleshoot any minor van or laundry equipment issues 🔧 Organising service appointments and drop-offs for maintenance or repairs 🔧 Being the quiet hero behind the scenes keeping the wheels turning — literally!
