Board Chairperson - for a registered charity supporting adults with Autism

We are a small team, hoping to have some experience at our helm.

We would need someone with an empathy to neurodiversity, but primarily we need someone who is able to guide us and help us navigate the charity commission and keep us on track, making sure we are meeting our legal commitments, and helping us make decisions that will safeguard our charity and the members we serve.

We have enthusiastically developed what we can, but we need a new team alongside us to impart experience, and see us into our new chapters.

We run social groups and board game groups, and in time hope to expand the ways we can support the adult autistic community - our groundwork has been about providing security and stability and gaining funding to give continuity. It changes lives.
