We’re on the lookout for a passionate, people-focused Service Coordinator to support our amazing volunteer teams and help keep our shifts running smoothly.
What does a Service Coordinator do? Working closely with our Service Leader, Orange Sky employees, and local volunteers, you’ll help oversee the day-to-day operations of shifts in your area. From mentoring volunteer leaders to keeping comms flowing between head office and the ground crew — you’ll be the glue that helps hold it all together.
A week in the life of a Service Coordinator might include:
- Supporting, mentoring and empowering a team of passionate volunteer leaders
- Keeping the volunteer team in the loop with key updates and info
- Assisting with rostering, incident management and reviewing shift reports
- Building strong relationships with our service provider partners (the legends we work alongside on shift!)
- Helping coordinate and launch new shifts in your area
