Financial Mentor

We are seeking a passionate volunteer Financial Mentor to support individuals and whaanau on their journey to financial wellbeing within our community. This role involves providing holistic, one-on-one guidance, helping clients assess their financial situations, set goals, and create personalised plans. You will assist with budgeting, debt management, and enhancing financial literacy, while advocating for clients and connecting them to local resources that support their overall wellbeing. We welcome candidates with experience in financial mentoring or community support, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to empowering Māori and Pasifika whaanau. Familiarity with te reo Maaori and tikanga is highly valued. If you are driven by a desire to uplift others and make a meaningful impact, we would love to hear from you.
