Do you have excellent communication skills and enjoy engaging with people? We are looking for a dedicated Member Engagement Administrator to join our team and help us ensure a seamless volunteer application process. As a Member Engagement Administrator, your main responsibility will be to call member organisations and follow up on applications they have received from volunteers. You will be the point of contact between our organisation and our member organisations, ensuring that volunteer applications are processed in a timely manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Call members to inquire about the status of volunteer applications.
  • Provide assistance and support to members in processing volunteer applications.
  • Maintain accurate records of follow-up calls and application statuses.
  • Communicate any issues or concerns to the Manager Volunteer Porirua.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline the application process and improve efficiency.
