Urgently Seeking an Experienced Administrator - approx 4-5 hrs per week
Free Public Advocacy Service supported by Volunteering Services (BOP)
Free Public Advocacy Service (FPAS) is a community based charity which helps people to be come aware of their rights. We aim to help clients from completing forms to attending meetings as an advocate.
As our administrator you would be responsible for administration work to organise our volunteers, advocates and trustees – for example creating agendas and arranging Zoom meetings. You would primarily be working directly with Carol, the founder of FPAS. Time required will vary month to month, typically between 4-5 hours per week.
Previous experience and good administration skills are necessary. The ability to apply for funding would be a bonus.
You will also be required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement and have a police check.
You will be working with Carol in her own home to start with, once confident some work can be done from home. Some meetings will be held face to face, others via Zoom.
