Once you have become a Recruit Fire Fighter, over a 6 months period we will train you in all the skills you require to become a Fire Fighter. This involves training, at least 80% of Tuesday night trainings 6:30pm - 8:30pm, we can provide more training opportunities to get you to the requirement levels of a 7 day Fire Fighters course and a 2 day First Responders Medical Course. When you become a FF you will need to be available to attended call outs 24/7, using our availability application, to Structure Fires, Vegetation Fires, Car Accidents, Hazardous Chemical Incidents, Weather Events, Medical Events and Rescues.
