The Local Coordinator role supports our Unit Team Leaders in Bryndwr, Fendalton, Bishopdale and Redwood l providing a safe team environment, leadership, direction, pastoral support and a safe listening ear.

You will maintain regular effective communication with Unit Team Leaders, ensure that issues and concerns are resolved appropriately and as immediately as possible, liaise and work collegially with members of the Regional, Area and Staff Teams and with other Local Coordinators as a member of the Regional Hub Coordinator’s Team.
