Reporting to the President and working closely with a passionate and dedicated Project Team Leader and his team, the Engagement and Communications Officer (E&C Officer) will play an integral role in the marketing, communications and stakeholder engagement for this programme to assist residents in need. You will be responsible for undertaking a range of communication and stakeholder engagement initiatives and projects. The E&C Officer manages all communications channels. The position is responsible for all internal and external communications, including the development and delivery of appropriate multi-channel marketing and communications to enhance the organisation brand and reputation. Tasks will include the implementation and execution of the communications strategy and evaluation of results. You will also create and manage high quality written content for marketing material and digital channels and manage all social media content and communication, and the publishing schedule across social platforms. You will assist with the preparation of some routine marketing collateral (the ability to do some basic graphic design will be well regarded) and coordinate all stakeholder and community engagement events, such as information sessions, forums, meetings.
