People & Culture Manager

Launched in 2018 OpenLaw NZ is an open-source platform that uses innovative technology to process large volumes of PDF files into relational and queryable data.
We are looking for a People & Culture manager to help us better support our volunteers and grow our culture.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop onboarding processes
- Develop measures for happiness and engagement
- Manage volunteer enquiries
- Organise events (in person or virtual)
- Be actively involved in our Slack channel
- Grow a culture focused around high quality work and celebrating successes
Requirements:
You will have worked in a technology environment (ideally startup or agency) and have excellent communication skills.
