Improve or learn new retail and customer service skills by volunteering at this Kilbirnie based not-for-profit store. The volunteer will be given an induction including Health and Safety and an overview of the general working systems of the shop. Initially you will be sorting clothes and putting them out in shop and then move into customer service doing counter sales using EFTPOS and the cash register and talking with the customers.
