Maintain cash book recording all receipts and payments and reconcile monthly bank statement: prepare summary report of financial position v budget and schedule of payments for approval at scheduled Branch Committee meetings: Obtain pre-approval of committee for activities that need funding: make payments as approved by the committee. Prepare annual financial statements and present to AGM: Prepare annual financial budget. Maintain branch member records.
