About this opportunity
An administration wizard is wanted to support this wonderful Wellington landmark. The successful Administration Volunteer would provide a variety of general administrative duties including: database maintenance: creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets and Word documents: scanning and photocopying: emailing: assisting with the production of training materials for new volunteers and providing support with other administrative tasks as required. Commitment needed for 6 months at least. Volunteer needs to send a copy of their CV and an indication of their availability plus how long they think they will be able to commit to the role.
Good team player.Positive and proactive approach.Keen to do whatever is required.
One day or two half days not Wednesdays. Preferably afternoons.Interested in

Training on internal systems and software. 2-3 hours initially then ongoing as required. No cost to the volunteer.Reimbursement
