Help us raise vital funds to support Kiwis affected by cancer in our communities.
Daffodil Day is the Cancer Society's most important annual fundraiser, and we rely on the support of our dedicated volunteers to make it a success. We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised volunteer to lead our local appeal in Mount Maunganui.
This rewarding role requires you to:
• Organise Daffodil Day collection sites in your community
• Roster volunteers and manage resources for the street appeal
• Manage volunteers and sites on Daffodil Day, Friday 30 August
Ideal if you're looking for event experience, or just want to help out an organisation that makes a real difference for people affected by cancer in our region. Suitable for individual volunteers or a group.

Own vehicle, mobile phone and access to email
The time commitment will approximately be 30 - 40 hours, mainly during the months of July & August. You will need to be available for a full day on Daffodil Day and for 2 - 4 hours after the event for debrief activitiesGood for
