About this opportunity

Daffodil Day is the Cancer Society’s most important annual fundraiser. We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-organised volunteer (or group of volunteers) to coordinate our appeal in their community.

This rewarding role requires you to:

• Organise Daffodil Day collection sites in your community
• Roster volunteers and manage resources for the street appeal
• Manage volunteers and sites on Daffodil Day, Friday 30 August

Additional requirements

Own vehicle, mobile phone and access to email

* May be arranged via the Organisation. Details to be provided on expression of interest.
Time Required

The time commitment will approximately be 30 - 40 hours, mainly during the months of July & August. You will need to be available for a full day on Daffodil Day and for 2 - 4 hours after the event for debrief activities
