Citizens Advice Bureau New Zealand is a national not-for-profit organisation with 82 locations around New Zealand. We provide free, independent, and confidential information and advice across a wide range of topics, from tenancy rights to consumer and employment issues. We have over 2,500 wonderful volunteers around the motu and we work together to deliver our service of information, advice, and support to people who contact us for help. Volunteers receive comprehensive training and have access to a range of resources to be able to assist and empower clients with knowledge of their rights and responsibilities.
