Piha Surf Life Saving Club has a proud history as a patrolling club . It is a set requirement that every member perform patrol duties before they can represent the club in any of the Surf Sports races and carnivals. Piha Surf Club is one of the busiest in the country and relies on hundreds of volunteer guards aged 14+ to ensure members of the public who swim, fish and surf at our beach remain safe.
