The purpose of the Pacific Rainbow Games Trust (the Trust) is to hold a multi-sport event in 2023 for the Pacific LGBTQI+ communities, and allies, in Aotearoa New Zealand. Similar, but smaller than the world Gay Games, this multi-sport event will promote, encourage, develop and support sport, recreation, leisure and cultural activities which are in the interests and the wellbeing of the LGBTQI peoples of Aotearoa by participation in these games.
