The Community Centre was established by the Wellington City Council in 1992 and is used by over 40,000 people each year. Our mission is to create a space that can be used by all members of the community and have services set up to host a range of events. We are a Wellington City Council owned facility run by Kilbirnie Lyall Bay Community Centre Incorporated.
