Kumarani Productions Trust (KPT) aims to promote and facilitate programs that support the mental and physical health of people of all ages and abilities. Since being established in 2003, KPT has provided inclusive and accessible classes and entertainment in Kaipara, Whangārei and the Far North. Our Code of Conduct has six core principles: Inclusion, Respect, Safety, Community, Empowerment, Integrity. Through our major project, Circus Kumarani, we teach social circus; a branch of circus that primarily focuses on personal and community development. As part of all our programs we teach wellbeing skills that build emotional regulation, self-expression, communication, and coordination, in a supportive community environment.
