Since 1999, Tauranga Arts Festival Trust has been delivering Tauranga Moana’s flagship arts festival every two years. In alternative years, the charitable trust is responsible for Escape! - the little festival with big ideas. The trust aims to deliver experiences that expand minds, delight audiences and touch all corners of the community. The festival aspires to offer world-class arts experiences to our communities. Trustees on the Tauranga Arts Festival board are responsible for developing and ensuring delivery of the trust’s strategic goals and for ensuring prudent financial management and long-term sustainability of the festival. The board seeks to appoint two trustees who will add diversity to our skill set. We encourage younger people to apply.
