Hey Amazing People! EatSmart is a collaborative not-for-profit project based in West Auckland. Food is a life essential that people simply should not have to go without. We are passionate about helping youth, the community and reducing food waste. Our goal is to reduce food waste in the hospitality space and redistribute to education and social service organisations that support youth. We also introduce education around the food they are eating, how to grow their own food and how to cook the food they grow. Our long term goal is to provide youth, their whanau and the community with the knowledge, skills, tools and resources to be self sustainable. We are a new NFP project (started after the most recent lockdown) with HUGE scope, huge opportunities and potential. We are already making a big difference and we need people to help us keep up with our growth.
