The annual Countdown Collection will take place at various Countdown Stores across Auckland during four days in June/ July - Thursday 28th, Friday 29th, Saturday 30th June and Sunday 1st July. Volunteer shifts will be two hours each and run from 10am - 6pm each day. Volunteers will need to be reliable, approachable and friendly as they will be collecting donations and thanking members of the public for their support.
Dementia Auckland supports thousands of people living with dementia and their carers in our community with free specialised services. We only receive a portion of our running costs from the government, the rest we need to fundraise through events such as this.
